High Volume Batch Milled Parts
Here are I&G Precision Engineering, we manufacture precision milled parts for multiple industry sectors. Using the latest 5 axis CNC machinery, we deliver components with precision and efficiency. From high volume runs of batch parts to individual prototype components, we utilise industry leading CAD / CAM technology to ensure quality.
Our factory near Swansea in South Wales typically produces between 600 and 700 milled parts every month, each one undergoing extensive quality inspections before shipping. The technology we have on site allows us to cater for many requirements, whether it involves CNC milled and turned parts, complex prototypes or larger products.
Versatile Milling for Multiple Sectors
We deliver precision components for a variety of industry sectors, both close to home and nationally. These include aerospace, defence, medical, oil and gas, communications and more. Our capabilities are tuned to working with steel, aluminium, super alloys, copper, brass, hard plastics and other materials to produce milled parts.
